- Baroness Denise Kingsmill, CBE, is a peer of the House of Lords, an active board director and advisor to high growth companies, and a leading speaker on fintech, business regulation, and issues of diversity and sustainability.
Following a 20 year legal career, Baroness Kingsmill became Deputy Chair of the Competition Commission (CMA), chairing more than 20 enquiries into every aspect of the UK economy.
In 2000 Baroness Kingsmill was awarded a CBE and in June 2006 she was appointed to the House of Lords as a Life Peer. She has been awarded various honorary degrees by several universities. She is a member of the International Board of IESE, the Spanish business school.
Baroness Kingsmill is now a member of the board of Inditex SA (Zara).
Until very recently she was also a member of the boards of E.ON SE, IAG SA, and Telecom Italia and in 2015 she became founding Chair of Monzo Bank, a mobile-only internet bank, stepping down in May 2018.
As a thought leader, Baroness Kingsmill wrote a regular column for seven years in Management Today. She has recently spoken at the Milken Institute, the Aspen conferences and seminars, and the Business Leaders Forum (Standard Chartered).

Juvencio Maeztu is CFO and Deputy CEO of Ingka Group. He joined IKEA in 2001 because of its vision and culture and values, which are the driving forces behind his passion for growth at IKEA. Prior to starting his current role, Juvencio led IKEA India as CEO for over 6 years.
During his time in IKEA, Juvencio has had extensive store experience, which he believes is the best platform to understand the customers and the core of the IKEA business. Juvencio has had diversified experience and responsibilities in Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom and India before moving to The Netherlands.
He is Board member and Managing Director for Ingka Holding B.V. which consists of three businesses: IKEA Retail, Ingka Centres and Ingka Investments.
Juvencio is Economist and MBA from IESE Business School. He is married, has two children, and lives in The Netherlands. In his free time he loves to sail.

José was appointed to Standard Chartered PLC in October 2016 and became Group Chairman in December 2016. José was appointed Chairman of Standard Chartered Bank in April 2019.
José has substantive experience in the international regulatory arena and has exceptional understanding of the economic, financial and political dynamics of our markets and of global trade, and a deep and broad network of decision-makers in the jurisdictions in our footprint.
José began his career as an economist and as a member of the faculty at Stanford University, before spending 25 years at the Central Bank of Spain, where he rose to be the Deputy Governor. José has held many other board and advisory positions including Chair of Spain?s Deposit Guarantee Fund, Chair of the International Relations Committee at the European Central Bank, member of the Economic and Financial Committee of the European Union, and Chair of the Working Group on Institutional Investors at the Bank for International Settlements. José joined the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in 2009 and stepped down in September 2016 to join Standard Chartered PLC. He was the Financial Counsellor and the Director of the Monetary and Capital Markets Department and was responsible for the oversight and direction of the IMF?s monetary and financial sector work. He was the IMF?s chief spokesman on financial matters, including global financial stability. During his tenure at the IMF, José was a member of the Plenary and Steering Committee of the Financial Stability Board, playing a key role in the reform of international financial regulation.
