Las organizaciones necesitan talento, y que sean innovador. Que esté comprometido. Dentro y fuera de la organización. ¿Qué tipo de liderazgo necesita un equipo innovador? ¿Cómo ayudar a la dirección tradicional a evolucionar hacia un liderazgo innovador? ¿Es factible que estén implicados aun si no están “en plantilla”?

Una empresa excelente es la que favorece activamente que sus miembros aprendan, y por tanto la hagan sostenible. Y ellos tengan trayectorias sostenibles. Los rápidos cambios y la alta complejidad de los entornos demandan adaptabilidad. Y por ello, solo las organizaciones están capaces de atraer, desarrollar y fidelizar talento innovador subsisten.

En esta sesión daremos las claves prácticas para descubrir, preparar y promover al talento innovador en nuestra organización, sin que importe demasiado dónde se encuentra o cómo está contratado.

    Academic Director, International Center for Work and Family (ICWF)

    Mireia Las Heras is Associate Professor at IESE, where she serves as the Research Director of the International Center for Work and Family. She obtained her degree in Industrial Engineering specializing in Industrial Organization at the Polytechnic School of Catalonia in Barcelona, and holds an MBA from IESE and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Boston University.

    In 2009 she co-edited A Practical Guide for Implementing Effective Work Family Policies Across Countries, and has published several articles on work-family integration, career development, and leadership. She is currently involved in an international project on career management in addition to other projects that focus on career management, the dynamism of career success, and its interplay with work and family integration. She is an active consultant and coach in the area of work-family balance and career development at NCH & Partners.

    Pere Rosales is an Innovation Leadership Advisor and a Senior Executive Coach with more than 22 years of success spanning pharma, banking, insurance, fashion retail, and manufacturing. Author of "Estrategia Digital" 9th Editions by Deusto. 

    Founder and CEO of INUSUAL, a global innovation leadership firm based in Boston and Barcelona empowering leaders and organizations to evolve and achieve sustainable success. 

    He had studied at Harvard, MIT, IESE, and holds a Design Graduation, a Master in Communication Management from the University of Barcelona, and a Master in CRM from ESIC. 

    He is currently serving as a lecturer, public speaker and innovation coach for several educational institutions. He also serves as an Executive Board Member for Bobo Choses.
