Innovation is a crucial element in the value creation process. However, a great deal of confusion remains about the actual impact of innovation on a company's bottom-line performance, i.e. how companies can capture value from their innovation efforts.

In this session, Prof. Bruno Cassiman will explore how companies innovate along the value chain and in their ecosystem. He will offer valuable insights for managers and policy makers who need to make better-informed major investment decisions about innovation as their companies grow.
