Franz Heukamp es director general del IESE desde septiembre de 2016. Previamente ha ocupado las posiciones de vocal del Consejo de Dirección del IESE a cargo de los programas MBA y secretario general de la escuela.
El profesor Heukamp imparte Análisis de Decisiones y obtuvo su Ph.D. en el Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Su especialidad docente se centra en el análisis de decisiones y los métodos de predicción. Ha impartido cursos en los programas MBA, Executive MBA y programas de formación de directivos del IESE, como el Advanced Managament Program (AMP), dirigido a directivos de primer nivel.
Su principal área de investigación es el estudio de la conducta en la toma de decisiones con un especial interés en la neuroeconomía. Es miembro de The Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences y de la Neuroeconomics Society.
Dr. Tomo Noda, Chair, Shizenkan UniversityDr. Tomo Noda is the founder of the Institute for Strategic Leadership, a Tokyo-based educational institution dedicated to the development of next-generation leaders with the willpower, character and creativity necessary to catalyze social and business innovation in Japan.
An expert in organizational strategy and transformational leadership, Dr. Noda was formerly a faculty member of the London Business School (1996-1997), INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France (1997-2000), INSEAD ASIA in Singapore (2001-2003), and SIMI in Denmark (1996-2005), where he taught strategic and international management to MBAs and executives.
His research has appeared in first-class academic and management journals including, The Strategic Management Journal, The Academy of Management Journal and The Harvard Business Review. At INSEAD, he received the best teacher award for his MBA course, entitled “Strategic Leadership”, for three consecutive years between 2001 and 2003. He left academia in December of 2003 to focus exclusively on the management of ISL.
Dr. Masahiro Fukuhara, Founder and CEO, Institution for a Global SocietyDr. Masahiro has studied at Keio Senior High School, Keio University, INSEAD (MBA), Grandes Écoles (with Honors) and holds a Doctorate from University of Tsukuba (Business Administration). Professor at Hitotsubashi University Graduate School and Visiting Professor at Keio Universit, he has served as Managing Director of Tokyo Bank and Barclays Global Investors, the world's largest asset management company. He has since established the Institution for a Global Society, a place for cultivating global leaders.
