Before joining Constellium, Pierre Vareille was Chairman and CEO of FCI, a world-leading manufacturer of electronic connectors.

He started his career in 1982 with Vallourec, holding various positions in manufacturing, controlling, sales and strategy before being appointed CEO of several subsidiaries. He then served as CEO in different companies including Wagon Automotive, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Pierre Vareille has been a Director of the Board of BIC and a member of the Audit Committee since 2009 and was appointed Lead Director/Vice-President of the Board in May 2016.
