Talent Management. An experience of humanistic and efficient management
Managing properly people potential is a key aspect for a humanistic and efficient management, which requires considering people talents and giving opportunities for their development. In this session, we will know the experience of a serious change in terms of organizational structure and culture of Maflow, a Polish global manufacturing group. This will be explained by Piotr Wiśniewsk, CEO of Maflow Group between 2011 a 2016, who lead the transformation of this company from a situation of bankruptcy and lost customers to a successful position. One of the key of the change was an excellent talent management.
