Mr. Daniel Callaghan, IESE MBA ’09, runs Adecco Group’s Digital Innovation and Investment arm across Asia Pacific. As the world’s largest recruitment business, his role is to help transition the business into the digital age both internally and externally. Prior to joining Adecco, Daniel founded Talmix.com (formerly known as MBA & Co) which was the world’s first top end on demand jobs platform for independent consultants. He is also an internationally published author on career development, Chairman of Eurocham’s Digital Economy Committee and among other things was recently named as one of IESE Top 40 under 40.
Mr. Gaurav Chattur, Managing Director at Catenon Worldwide Executive Search, plays an active role in the digitization of the recruitment world. Gaurav leverages on current technology in handling recruitments across APAC including Indian Subcontinent at Catenon. He also manages the fields of growth strategy, business development, client satisfaction, employee engagement, sales and operations management as well as defining and improving key business metrics amongst others. Prior to Catenon, Gaurav was a consultant at Cognizant Business Consulting, specializing in large organizational transformation programs and change management initiatives.
