Matt Lanfear, IESE GEMBA Class of 2003, will host innovative startups from Switzerland and introduce the ecosystem of competitions, incubators and accelerators that supports entrepreneurs and early-stage companies in Switzerland.
Matt Lanfear, PhD
Matt is a business transformation consultant to international financial institutions undertaking major restructuring and transformation programmes. Matt also advises early stage companies and is an active supporter of the Swiss startup community as a coach, mentor and jury member at startup competitions and accelerators.
Matt has a PhD in Finance from EDHEC Business School, a Global Executive MBA from IESE and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Jiang Shan is a co-founder and CEO of Susfinteq, a FinTech startup automating the assessment of ESG risks of Chinese public companies for institutional investors. Previously, Jiang Shan worked for a China Central SOE in Beijing.
Jiang Shan is a Humboldt Fellow of International Climate Protection, has an MBA from the Northern Institute of Technology Management and a MSc in Information Engineering from the Hamburg University of Technology.
Michael is a co-founder of Still Active, a platform connecting Generation 60+ with tailored activities and services to maintain their physical, mental and social engagement.
Michael is a graduate of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne and has gained professional experience in various positions and countries in the service industry. Prior to co-founding Still Active, some of his most recent engagements include swissnex, ArtBasel and Kempinski.
